Where an account is closed at the user's own request, any remaining balance will be refunded to the user's verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. 91ph login will not return funds that have been voided due to confirmed Terms violations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
